Ok, so this is your first time here. You got here because:
- You've been directed here by an auto-response to a support email
- You've found your way from our main site at http://www.exclaimer.com
- A google search has linked you to some article and you've clicked on the Home tab above
You'll see several tabs at the top of this message to the right side of the screen. These tabs will take to you several places on our forum server.
The Forums tab is the main reason for this site. You can access a whole variety of conversation threads ranging from simple "How do I?" type questions to complex Exchange infrastructure help. Anyone can post to these forums and whilst we don't offer any guarantee that you'll get an answer, we take this resource very seriously.
You'll also find our private Knowledge Base which is fully searchable and is a great resource for seeing if your issue is already a known issue (and most of our questions are!). You can't post here though, this is reserved for the Exclaimer team.
You may also see many posts by "GetStarted". GetStarted is a virtual customer, who has kindly offered to ask many common questions so that the Exclaimer Team can reply and get these forums rolling with some useful information
AUP (Acceptable Usage Policy)
We're pretty open here, but there are some things we don't permit here and will get you either banned or your posts removed. This is a currently non-exhaustive list:
- Abusive, pornographic or offensive posts (we'll decide what constitutes one of these!)
- Advertisements - for anything whatsoever
- Pornographic avatars
- Bulk posting
