Database Schema Version Error when Accessing Database through Web Client

    Hi,

I just moved and upgraded my installation of Exclaimer Mail Archiver.  Overall the upgrade and move went well and the product is happily running on its new hardware.  I also installed the Web Access Client.  I am able to search the Archiver databse with out issue using the desktop client however when I try to access it through the Web Client I get the below error.

Unable to login. Either you are not permitted to use this database or this database doesn't exist. Contact your administrator for further information. (Incorrect database schema version. The Exclaimer Email Archive Web Access requires a newer version of the database schema. Please contact your system administrator and get them to run the database upgrade utility on this database.)System.Exception: Incorrect database schema version. The Exclaimer Email Archive Web Access requires a newer version of the database schema. Please contact your system administrator and get them to run the database upgrade utility on this database. at Connecting.ConnectToDatabase()

I have tried to find the database upgrade utility mentioned in the error, but have been unsucessful in my effort.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Database Schema Version Error when Accessing Database through Web Client

    Hi,

The program is called SQLGen and is located in the installation folder of hte app. This is a command line driven tool. Please run the following command line in the cmd window while in the exclaiemr archiver folder

    sqlgen > c:\Sqlgen.txt

That will create a text file in the root of C with all the details.

    REgards
