Have just upgraded to the latest version of Exclaimer Mail Utilities and have a question about the backdoor code which we have set up and how it works.
We have set a backdoor word and gather from Emails that have come from clients that they have been sent a challenge Email and been told to respond with backdoor word in the subject line to avoid the Spam filter.
I can't seem to find any documentation about how this works and so am a bit unclear.
Can we personalise the message that they receive? What is the criteria for who this message is sent to?
I am happy to read up on this myself if you can point me in the direction of the literature but I couldn't seem to find much about it in the help file or on this forum.
