Hello,
we are looking for a tool that let us add text to an appointment acceptation. In other words, when a user do a reservation via a new appointment at the calendar, afterwords other user responsible of the resource accept the reservation. Automatically exchange send the acceptation, allthoung it is possible to add text manually we would like to add allways certainly text (a link to a web application) automatically.
My question is if it is possible to detect this kind of message (from the user/resource account) and add the text to it messages ...
