How can searching of the archive be controlled, based on users?

What we would like to do is:

1. Archive all emails .. which is obviously the whole idea of the Archiver

2. Archive some emails that can be searched by all users

3. Archive some emails that can only be searched by a particular group of users

4. Archive some emails that can only be searched by the sender/recipient 

Is the above possible?

The Archiver is able to all of these points. When delegating permissions, you specify who can see who can see who's messages via the search client.
