I will need several signature policies for my users. I am testing 2 at the moment. Signature 1 "default signature" has AD fields referenced and works great. The condition is "Policy applies to Outlook Users that are in the following list: John Doe". Works great. I have Signature 2 "Signature with disclaimer" which is identical to Signature 1 but has a "this message is only intended for a specific person, blah blah blah" with a condition of "Policy applies to Outlook Users that are in the following list: Jane Smith". When I modify the Signature Design of Signature 2 to add the "this message is only...." it also modifies Signature 1 to include that same verbage. Why is Signature 1 being modified when I am only supposed to be changing Signature 2?
Hi there,
I believe that you're using Signature Manager? In which case cloning the policy doesn't clone the template - both policies would link to the same template. You would need to go into the Gallery and clone the template as well. If you require assistance setting this up please don't hesitate to contact us support@exclaimer.com and we will be happy to help.
Kind regards
