    White list entry not working

I received an e-mail today that was classified as [BULK].  I added a whitelist entry for the address, but a subsequent e-mail from the same source was also labelled as [BULK].  I tried to add an image of the whitelist setup window, but that appears to make the post inaccessible afterwards.  The information from the fields appears below.  Any ideas as to why this did not work and/or what I need to do to whitelist e-mail from this source would be appreciated.  I have to assume that my other whitelist entries, with the possible exception of the one that specifies an IP address are probably not working either.  Thanks.

Name:  Accept all messages from mail-crucial.com

    P1 (SMTP) Envelope data

    MAIL FROM:  *@mail-crucial.com

    All other fields are blank.

Re: White list entry not working

    Hi,

can you ensure that the email itself is from that address? It maybe that it was sent from a different domain.

Just to be sure, can you add the sender domain to the P2 please?

    Thanks

    Richard

    Thanks for the reply.

I have added the information to the P2 From field as well.  The header from the e-mail (with my e-mail address removed) is below, if that is any help.  Unfortunately, it could be many weeks before I receive another e-mail from this source, so it may be a while before I know if the problem is solved.
