    Error when writing emails

I have just installed the archiver, and am getting this error when trying to write emails to the database.

    Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Exclaimer Email Archiver Service
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 2
    Date: 19/12/2006
    Time: 18:49:02
    User: N/A
    Computer: INDIGO
    Description:
The Exclaimer Email Archiver Service has issued the following warning:  Mailbox: Exclaimer Email Archiver Service

Current Operation: Writing mail to database

    Status: Warning

    Further Information:

There was an error (Error executing SQL statement
    usp_InsertMessage
COM Error: 0x80040E14 - IDispatch error #3092 Could not find stored procedure 'usp_InsertMessage'.
    SQL Error #80040e14
Could not find stored procedure 'usp_InsertMessage'.
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
    SQL State: 42000
    Native Error: 2812

) writing the mail '<subjectline here>' to the database.

The Exclaimer Archiver Service will continue to process mails unless it encounters repeated problems.

Any ideas why this might be ? I have seen another post on the forum suggesting changing the username for the EXADSI linked server but that didnt work for me.

I am running Windows 2000 server on the SQL box with SQl 2000, and Exchange 2003 and Server 2003 on the exchange box.

    Help.

    Re: Error when writing emails

    Hi,

This is a schema realted error. There is an issue with the stored proceedure usp_InsertMessage is missing or does not have the correct credentials to perform the function (writting to database). You will need to redo the architecture of the database in order to get the database back up and running correctly.

There is a program called SQLGen in the archiver's installation folder. Using the commmand line please use this command with the REPAIR switch. This will generate a script in the same folder that you then need to run against the database. This script will resolve the issue. Whould there be any problems with this, please contact Support.

     Regards
