Can I ammend the Automatic Whitelist?

I've just installed Exclaimer and run the Auto-Whitelist Wizard. Reviewing the entries a number of these looked like they should not be Whitelisted, but as the list was for 3,000 entries I ok'd it assuming I could edit it later.

Having looked in the Exclaimer Control Panel I can't now see any way of changing this list, how can I get to it?

    Thanks

    Hi,

The autowhite list can not be edited. This process is currently locked and owned by the service itself.

However we are looking into the possibility of doing this further down the line (a few months)

    Regards

    Hi,

If I reduce the number of allowed email addresses in the Auto Whitelist to lessa than the number it has found, will Exclaimer automatically shed them based on the last date they were used?

    Hi,

Yes this would have that affect.

I reduced the maximum number to 3000, but it is still trying to add more than that.  Is an IIS reset or anything needing after changing the value?

The setting should have taken effect. Can you try an IISRESET incase it needs to be refreshed in a more direct fashion.
