    Forwarding an archive message using web interface

    when attempting to forward an email from the archive the error

    Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

    Hi,

    This is due to Outlook not being installed.

    Not correct, Outlook is installed.  The error seems to occur because the IMAP service on Exchange is not running
