This is an update to my previous thread on how to specify a whitelist entry. I attempted to add a post with an image, and it seems to have crashed that thread.
I added a whitelist entry for an e-mail address that was labelled as [BULK], but it did not seem to have any effect. a subsequent e-mail from the same source was also labelled as [BULK]. The entry setup window image is attached. Any ideas as why this did not work would be appreciated.
