    Problems with SPAM matching

    I am having issues with rules being implemented hap-hazardly. At the bottom is an example header file for an email that was not marked.

    1. The recipient is not in the AD and so should have been marked

    2. part of the subject is in the manual blacklist so should have been marked

    I am also confused at how Exclaimer should be installed so the spam engine picks up the IP of the external relay and not that of the internal IP address from the virus scanner.
