Subject contains and Sender should be separate

I want to have a certain reply based on what the subject lines contains. But, not for every email regardless of from where it comes. The subject line contains should be a separate selection from the Sender criteria. This would allow me to have a disclaimer for my replys if the subject line contains "Re:" and the Sender is anyone internal.

Hi Bobby,

You should be able to achieve this by selecting Sender is not, anyone external and Recipient is, subject contains.
