No Signature for Internal Email Frontend/Backend

    No Signature for Internal Email Frontend/Backend

    Hi,

    We host multiple domains for multiple clients.  Our environment consists of Frontend/Backend servers.  We have 3 backend cluster nodes that all have Exclaimer installed.

    We added a rule for a new client that is setup using the following settings:

    Sender is AD container (OU)

    Recipient is Anyone

    The emails sent out side get the signature.  The internal ones do not.  Any help would be appreciated?

    Hi Mike

    You will need to ensure that Mail Utilities is installed on the server that hosts the mailboxes for this customer. Have you tried the rule tester? Does it state that the internal message will have a disclaimer applied?
