Whilst it's easy to get your Manager's name from AD using Exclaimer, what I've not been able to do is get the Manager's email address - ideally, I'd like my Discalimers to have something like:

"If you have any comments, please contact my manager, <managers name> via email to <managers email address>." 

Has anyone managed this, or could this be included in a future release?

The only fields that will automatically be hyperlinks will be the preset hyperlink fields in the AD account (homepage, email address etc).

You will have to highlight the Manager field and manually add the mailto hyperlink.

Alternatively, if the Home page field is not being used, add the managers email address to this field. Once you added the home page field in the disclaimer, switch to the source code and locate the hyperlink reference

and replace with

mailto:

This will then make the field a mail to link.
