This is probably slightly off to the side but I'm hoping someone might be able to help. We've recently installed the Exclaimer Email Archiver and set it all up and it seems to be working fine generally.
However, we've had a case where an external person emails one of our staff members and cc's in two additional staff members of ours. These additional staff members do not recieve the email; desipite it looking correct when I look at it in Exclaimer, and indeed in the Exchange System Manager's Message Tracking Centre it says the messages were correctly delivered to all three staff members, as well as to the journaling mailbox.
We're running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 SP2
Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm not saying it's the fault of the Exclaimer tool and could easily be an Exchange issue (it probably is) - I'm just hoping someone has seen something similar!
