    Error applying the license

We have a issue with the license and the version.

How we can downgrade the Exclaimer version? We need to downgrade to the 4.3 version and actually we use 4.51. When we try to downgrade the version to the 4.30 version, the systems detects that 4.51 was installed and the license doesn't works. If we try to uninstall the software (4.51) and re-install the 4.3 version, the license doesn't works

    Thanks and regards

    Hi Joes,

Please contact support@exclaimer.com and we shall investigate your issue on the latest version so you do not have to downgrade. If required, we can provide a 4.30 license for you.

    Best Regards

    Re: Error applying the license

    Hi

I am also experiencing problem with applying the license from upgrading from 4.30 to 4.54. It keeps saying that my license is not suitable for this version of Exclaimer mail utilities. I have logged a support call with exclaimer but reply has been slow. The trial will expire tomorrow. I don't have a copy of ver4.30 to downgrade too. What can i do when the spam start to flood my clients' computer?

    Re: Error applying the license

    Hi

Licenses for version 4.30 will not apply to version 4.50 and above. Version 4.50 and above will install into trial mode.

Please send the original license file to sales@exclaimer.com and they will upgraded the license for free if you have a valid support contract.
