    PST OMI issue

I have added my user to the Archive administrator group but when I go to added the PST I get this error. Please help.

Also, If I am an administrator how can I added other peoples PST file to there Archive? So I don't have to added everyone to administrator group to import PST I can just get the PST and Point it to the user that should have access.

    Re: PST OMI issue

    Hi,

The error that you are getting is indicating an issue with the stored proceedures that are resident in the database.

Can you confirm that the archiver service is running and that the databases are created? And you also tell me the version of MSSQL that you are using?

In terms of other people's PSTs this is fine, the application uses the active directory to work out who is who and generates the permissions.

    Regards

    Richard

    Re: PST OMI issue

    Richard,

I am also getting this error! What do you mean by an issue with the stored procedures that are resident in the database?

Archiving is fine. I can search and see the emails being archvied. I am using the latest version of archiver and SQL2005. I am guessing there is something wrong with the database setup. Would you be able to help?

    Many thanks,

    Luke
