Please can someone shed some light on this error message I am getting in the log files.

ERROR,26/02/08 15:05:23.703,618,894,commtouchwrapper.cpp,539,CException Still unable to connect to Datacenter (201)

this error appears in a regular basis.

I am using exclaimer V4.54 on win2003 and exchange 2003

Hi Graham,

This error relates to Exclaimer not being able to contact the Detection centre. The detection centre is an anti spam service that identifies spam outbreaks.

Please upgrade to version 4.57 available via the link below. If you are still experiencing problems after the upgrade, please contact support@exclaimer.com
