    Emails not word wrapping when being sent to Outlook 2003 recipients

    I currently have an issue with emails being sent to Outlook 2003 recipients. All message format is set to HTML and I have included logos as well as a disclaimer to the default rule. When sending an email to an Outlook 2003 recipient the person has to scroll across the email message to view all of the text rather than the text, word wrapping. The same email being sent to any other mail client doesn't have this problem, only recipients with Outlook 2003. We currently are using version 2 of Exclaimer but we have version 4 ready to install. Is this an issue you are aware of?

    Hi Gill,

    It is possible that Version 2 is the root cause of this issue. I have tested this here with a very long disclaimer on the latest version (4.20) and found that Version 4 does wrap the text correctly. Please upgrade your installation and contact support if it occures again.

    I found that this is a setting in Outlook that is causing this. Need to remove the tick in the check box for "Don't download pictures".
