We have a lot of internal emails (all from the same address) that get sent out that we don't want archived,  Your advert for this product says we can use Mail Utilities to filter what we do and don't want archived.  How is this done?

This can be achieved by moving your journaling to Mail Utilities and creating custom rules to not journal particular messages.

If you could elaborate on your scenario, I can advise the best configuration to achieve this.
