    Archive mail from a Public Folder

    Hi,

    I want my users to be able to drag emails that are to be archived to a Public Folder in Exchange 2003 - we are creating a searchable archive of all Project emails we receive.  I can't see a way of setting up a new rule in the Exclaimer Archive Manager tool to allow me to do this.  It asks for the "Archive Mailbox or Public Folder", but then I can't select a Public Folder - only a User in AD.

    Any ideas?

    Hi

    You will need to ensure that the public folder is mail enabled before you can select it as a source in the Archiver.
