The Exclaimer Community

We use Exclaimer to add a signature with information AD. We also add a legal disclaimer. Unfortunatly because this happens outside of Exchange the signature and disclaimer don't show up in our PaperWise document management system. Is there a way to automaticly CC the sender for all external email? We then could attach this copy into our PaperWise system.

The best way to achieve this is to use the journaling feature of Mail Utilities. Please use the default rules to journal external mail to the require mailbox. The journal message will contain the disclaimer.
