    Exclude Meeting Requests

I use a rule to apply a signature with data from AD and a logo.  Outbound meeting requests from Outlook are being stamped by this rule but the placement of the signature and logo really complicates the body of the meeting request for the receiving party.  Is there a way to exclude meeting requests in a rule?  I've seen the posts about including the rich text meeting requests but would like to do the reverse.

    Thanks,

    Mark

    Jeroen,

Like you, I only have the problem with external outbound meeting requests.  Unfortunately, I have not solved this yet.

    Thanks, Mark

    Re: Exclude Meeting Requests

    Hi

To exclude disclaimers from Meeting requests and Appointments, please create the following custom rule.

Select Sender is "Message Header equals" and enter the following (with the asterisks)

    *Content-class: urn:content-classes:calendarmessage*

On the Recipient select "Anyone" or "Anyone External"

Click on the disclaimer tab and select "don't add disclaimer" from the drop down menu. Click on OK to close the rule.

Please then ensure this rule is at the top of the list of custom rules. Please don't forget to save your changes.

    Best Regards
