License error after install Exclaimer

    License error after install Exclaimer

    I' ve installed Excalimer and after incorporated the license correctly, in "About" it shows me the error: "There was an error accesing your product license file (C:\Program files\Exclaimer\Exclaimer.Lic). Please, check that the file exists and that you have read/write access to it. If the file is missing reinstall the product".

    Well, I reinstall the product but it says me the same. I look for the exclaimer.lic file and it doesn't exist. Please, What's the problem?.

    Thanks for reply. I've Exchange 2003 SP2, version 6.5.7638.1. on a W2003 server standard edition SP2.
