The Exclaimer Community

I'm currently running Mail Utilities 4.57, with Exchange 2003 std SP2 & Windows 2003 std SP2.

I do not have any default rules setup yet, and only have one custom rule adding a disclaimer. The disclaimer works in testing, but not when I send out messages. The following log show an example:

Hi Michael,

I would recommend carrying out an IISRESET on the server where Exclaimer is installed. (Go to Start, run and type IISRESET and press return)

If this does not resolve your issue and due to so many variable factors involved with regards to disclaimer not being added, I would advise you contact support@exclaimer.com to investigate this issue further.
