Hy, in the event viewer i can find many errors reporting this description:

eXclaimer was unable to open the file C:\Windows\system32\LogFiles\\Wednesday 21 Mar 2007.txt in thread 9960. The file was locked for un unacceptable period of time.

 How can i solve this problem?

If you browse to that folder and then into the exclaimer folder can you open the log file up yourself manually?

I've excluded it from AV scan but the problem was not solve...

 

The next step is to run FileMon on the logs to see who has it locked. Can you do that?

I've do that, the txt file is opened by

svchost.exe:1392
inetinfo.exe:1052
explorer.exe:6156

Now? how can i check wich process is the cause of the problem?
