Hi!
I have setup a auto-responder rule like this:
Addressing:
Sender is: Anyone external
Recipient is: Active Directory Attributes (Point to AD container including users to have auto-responder (test gives correct users))
Auto-responder:
Use this auto-responder
Subject + Content:
Reply using this subject
Attachments:
Add the original message as an attachment
Message Body:
Auto-response message (I have created a auto-response"
Sender + Recipients
Send auto-response to original sender
Auto-response should appear from: e-mail address entered
Auto-response reply-to address: e-mail address entered
Options:
Message format:
Provide auto-response message body as: HTML
I have enabled the rule, but I get no auto-response at all ?
What have I done wrong ?
