Hi,
Since Saturday the 10th May 2008, we have started to see all of our mail bounced by Messagelabs with a 553-Message Filtered reason. All the recipients are ones that we have emailed before so my guess is Messagelabs has modified / enhanced their content filtering engine.
We have a corporate discalimer being added by Exclaimer to all outgoing email which is quite simple and straight forwards however, since I have disabled the Disclaimer, all mail is not being received and not rejected by Messagelabs but I really don't understand why our Disclaimer message is being dropped. Has anyone else had these problems or does anyone have advice or pointers to resource on "safe" email footers to not get caught up in spam detection engines.
Please help, its driving me nuts.
Regards,
Peter
