We have some users who need to use different disclaimers depending on their actual function.
In the custom rules thers is an option : Don't add disclamer if body contains : xyz
If i want to have multiple rules for the same user now i need to have an option like:
Add disclaimer if body contains : xyz and than proceed to the next rule
With the "Don't - Option" i can only decide between two different disclaimers.
Or is there a better way to do it ?
Regards Werner
Hi,
The best way here would be to use a subject trigger and then remove it. This means that when the user places a specific word in the subject it will trigger a rule and then display the correct disclaimer.
Here are the settings
Sender is anyone internal,
receipient is Subject contains, then tick the remove from subject and add the details in that box.
Disclaimer. Put in here the disclaimer you would like.

We are currently looking into a patern recognition system for exclaimer, but it is still in conception at the moment.
Rule based on body would work best for me as we have blackberry enterprise and have it place a signature on the device. I could have Disclaimer look for the "Sent by BlackBerry" and then not place a Dsiclaimer or use a different one accordingly.
