Hi When using Outlook 2011 for Mac as the email client, the disclaimer is constantly at the bottom of the email. I've tried to check what the reply separator is, but can't see anything that stands out as being one. Has anyone else had this issue or know a fix for it? Thanks, Paul

I have recently installed and configured Mail Utilities 4.64 on Exchange 2007. We have noticed that our outgoing disclaimer is randomly appearing on our internal to internal mail. It also appears on internal mail if the originating mail has any external recipients also. Any suggestions?
