The Exclaimer Community

Hi,

 At the moment, individual users can search the archive for their own messages. The preferred method is the Web Access Client.

I need to allow some users to retrieve messages of all users.
Where can/should I configure this ?

My own logon is part of the exclaimer admin group, but even I can but find my own messages?

Hi

You will need to install the search client application to be able to set user permissions. (Tools -> User permissions) This option is only available to users that are part of the Exclaimer Email Archive Administrators group.
