    Hi

You will need to create two custom rules selecting the sender as AD users and groups and select the required user. Create the required business cards in each rule.

On the disclaimer tab place a tick in the box named "then process next applicable disclaimer rule" in one of the rules. This rule needs to be at the top of the custom rules list and the next rule underneath.

Re: 2 different business cards for one user on Exclaimer

i didnt try this solution, but the way i see it, this will put 2 signatures on the email

i have the same question as the poster, in which i believe the poster means that he wants 2 different signatures
and not at the same time on the email.....

at least thats what im looking for.....
i have 1 user that has 2 functions
the functions are for different departments within the company, which means different logos.... (i know not the ideal
situation, which i would really like to see solved bij management)

the only way i can see this solved is having a key word in the signature part of the email that the user writes and that the
keyword is replaced by the signature that the rules define.... much like the dont include this if in subject   part of the current rule system

if the option described above is already possible, i would like to know how :)

edit: my bad, i read the posters reply too fast, he wants 2 different ones on 1 mail, i want 2 different onces when mailing from different departments

    Hi

There are a couple of ways to achieve this. If the user sends the majority of their messages from one department, you can set a rule for that department on AD users and groups. The rule for the other department will need to be set on "subject contains" and they will need to add a subject trigger to each message they wish to appear from the other department. (Please note the subject contains rule will need to be above the other rule in the list of custom rules)

Other way is to use a subject trigger for both departments.
