Hi

All our users seem to be getting a version of the global out bound signature attached to the bottom of all incoming emails?  I have attached the sig below.  It needs to be added to all new outbound emails and to all replies but on the reply the sig needs to be below the reply text and not at the bottom of the email.

I'm pretty sure (although I could be wrong) that all was working fine for a few weeks but now we are getting the signature below (minus the personal name, jib title, phone) added to the bottom of all incoming emails.

 any ideas?
