We are running Exlaimer 4.54
Server has been rebooted.
I have logged a support call with support@exclaimer.com (support enquiry [337017905]) almost 48hours ago and have had no response.
Exchange 2003 Enterprise SP2 on Windows 2003 SP1. We also have Mailmarshal SMTP v6.1.8.2172 on this server.
Not using Anti Spam, Antivirus, Journaling or Auto responder features. Setup Tab has "Enable Exclaimer Mail utilities" ticked and "Enable Disclaimers is ticked". On the Default Rules Tab "Disclaim outgoing mail is Ticked"
I get the disclaimer applied if I use the rule tester but not when I send an email through our exchange system. (Was working on a non production system when tested prior to install on our production system).
