    Email support response slow - case 9421

    I have an existing case opened on tuesday, case 9421 for the archiver service which when we reboot our server the service looses all its settings.

     Ive had one reply at 5pm on wednesday which i replied to straight away but have heard nothing since.

    Please can this be looked at asap.

    I note that the speed of support has dropped drastically in the last few years, weve used exclaimer sig tool for years with another client and the support a few years ago was brilliant, fast and efficient, usually Richard who helped personally, but my experience of support in late 2007 and 2008 has been really quite poor.

     Hope you can turn this around for me.

    Hi Stewart,
     
    The problem you are experiencing is not a per normal support case. The assigned support member has had to seek advice from the development team. This is why you have had to wait one day before another reply.
     
    You should have now received some instruction on gathering further information regarding your support case.
     
    If you do feel you need a response with in one day and have not had one, please do call us on 087450502300 to receive an immediate response.
     
    I do apologise that you have had to wait one day before another response.
     
    Please could you provide the numbers to the other cases that you feel you have received poor customer service?
