I have an existing case opened on tuesday, case 9421 for the archiver service which when we reboot our server the service looses all its settings.
Ive had one reply at 5pm on wednesday which i replied to straight away but have heard nothing since.
Please can this be looked at asap.
I note that the speed of support has dropped drastically in the last few years, weve used exclaimer sig tool for years with another client and the support a few years ago was brilliant, fast and efficient, usually Richard who helped personally, but my experience of support in late 2007 and 2008 has been really quite poor.
Hope you can turn this around for me.
