    multiple sinlge signatures per user

My company has different departments with their own logo.

So every department has to have their own signature....

some users work for 2 or all 3 of the departments, which means they have to send email with the approriate signature

i havent found a way to get this done

i do believe that a (part of the) sollution could lay in the   dont include if in subject   or    dont include if in body

i have put this question to the dutch reseller, but she couldnt help me with this complex question and advised me
to await your answer on my question that i made in another thread, but since i misread the posters question in that
thread i opened this new one

A big part of this problem will tell my boss if we decide to buy the software or not

    edit:

i have just been strawling tru the options of the  custom rules
i can add signatures based on words in the subject, i will test this tomorow when i am back at work again....
with that i can then also make a default signature for if the person forgets to put the word in the subject.....
which can be prevented from including if there is a certain tekst in the email body......

     edit 2:
I couldnt resist testing it and i did..... it works for the different signatures with the keywords in the subject
tho that will take training in the users :S

now tomorow i will try the default email when the subject keyword is not given

Re: multiple sinlge signatures per user

i solved it on my own without help, in the following way:

     - i made a template per signature (3 in total)
     - created standard adding rules per OU that the user standard resides (meaning the department where they work mostly for)
     - created rules for scanning the subject from the email for designated words to put the signature from that specific department in
     - made the scanning rules the first rules to pass through
     - made a standard disclaimer rule for adding the normal disclaimer to all the emails send

all the rules include a part of the text from the signature so that if the signature is already present in the mail, it will not be included again
this also applies for the disclaimer

so the users (when i will implement it) can send email without adjusting signatures becuz they dont have a signature in their client and the
correct signature will be put in the mail.
If they put one of the designated words in the subject they will get the signature from that specific department they want.
