Things were fine and dandy until a couple of days ago when randomly a couple of my users stopped getting their disclaimers attached to messages. Extremely odd since it only happened with a couple of users and everyone is on the same ruleset. So I looked into and made sure their users were in the proper exclaimer user groups and when I dug a little deeper, I found that although their users validated properly using advanced test, when  they actually sent an e-mail through it didn't catch it. I have posted two chunks of the log file showing the test and then a live actual e-mail. Also notice in the live e-mail, we receive some sort of error at the end of it all.

Please could you let me know if Exchange is install in the default location? (C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server)

You will need to add the following registry key, please follow the steps below.

Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Exclaimer Ltd cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk.

1) Go to Start, Run and type "regedit" (without the quotations) and press return.
2) Browse to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Exclaimer Ltd\Exclaimer\
3) Add a string with the name of "ReplayPath" (without the quotations)
4) Modify the the value to contain the path to the replay folder (For example, F:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Replay)
5) Close the registry editor.

This should resolve your problem.
