    Recipients missing from "To" field on received messages

    Hi,

    I have a problem that I have never seen before installing eXclaimer so I am hping someone here may already know about it.

    Exclaimer 4.57 (only upgraded today and problem predates upgrade) just using disclaimer for external messages, Exchange 2003.

    If a message is sent either internally or externally to multiple recipients not all of the recipients show on the received message. It's as if the message is being sent BCC except its not - this occurs with recipients in the To and CC fields. This then causes problems with "reply to all" etc as not all original recipients are listed.

    This does not occur each message - only sporadically.

    Doesnt seem directly related to eXclaimer but has only started happening since installation.

    Any suggestions would be gladly received

    Hi Ian,

    If you disable Exclaimer and then send the same message that experienced this problem again (go to the sent items, open the message, click on "Actions" "Resend this message") does the issue reoccur?
