If there is no data for an AD field, can I not show the Text before?

Below is part of our disclaimer. Basically, if the employee doesn't have a cell phone, we don't want "Cell" to appear. How is this done?

{Street Address} {City}, {State/County} {ZIP/Postcode}

Tel {Telephone}

Cell {AD:mobile:AD}
