hi,
we have one standard Disclaimer
Sender is Anyone in the Active Directory; Recipient is Anyone external.
And we have one for our PR - for the press@dvs.de eMail Address
Sender is Anyone in the Active Directory; Recipient is Subject contains “#press#”, remove from subject
The Rule for the Press Disclaimer is above the standard Rule on the "Custom Rules" and "then process next applicable disclaimer rule" is not checked. Both Rules got a working String for "Don't add disclaimer if body contains xyz".
Everything works finde but:
I send a Mail with the #press# Marker to someone 'outside'. The correct Disclaimer is added.
Someone replays.
I Reply to him and to someone in our Company with the #press# Marker in the subject. (Ok, the #press# Marker is not neccecery. But many User only know "If i send a Press Mail i have to add #press# to the subject.".)
The Mail to the 'outside' is correct. Only the 1st disclaimer and no #press# in the subject. But not the Mail to the 'inside' - ony the 1st disclaimer but the #press# Marker is still in the subject line!
Is this a bug?
kind regards - knut
PS. We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 with Exclaimer 4.57
