IE script error - oHTML object required

    Hi,

I have just upgraded an Exchange 2003 server from Exclaimer Mail Utilities 4.30 to 4.57. Since the upgrade, when I attempt to insert a template into a disclaimer, I get an Internet Explorer Script error with the following details:

    • Description: "An error has occurred in the script on this page".
    • Line: 73
    • Char: 4
    • Error: Object required: 'oHTML'
    • Code: 0
    • URL: file://C:\Program Files\Exclaimer\HTMLEditor.hta

I am then asked "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?", though it doesn't appear to make any difference which response I choose.

What is the best way to fix this issue (preserving our existing rules if possible)?

    Thanks in advance,

    Matt Wallace

    Hi Matt,

Please ZIP your control file (Mail Utilities.4.50.xml in program files\exclaimer) and attach to an email to support@exclaimer.com

    Many Thanks
