Anti spam configuration

Hi,
We are using the Custom Scenario because we ony want to mark Spam Mail with [SPAM] in the Subject Line. Our user should use a Rule in Outlook to move marked Mails into a special Folder.
I tryed to configure Anti-Spam but i still got not marked Spam like this: (see the header of the Spam Mail)

I have recent upgraded to Exchange 2007 and on the Mail Utilities 2007 there seems to be a big I did not suffer in the previous version.
